Hey guys,

A while ago I set a personal best on bench press strength: 225 lbs x 12 reps.

 

What made this special for me was I was also at 10 percent body fat and have overcome many injuries to get here. 

 

(I'm not a powerlifter or bodybuilder. Just a normal, ordinary dad striving to be fit, healthy, and successful in every aspect of living.)

Also, recently our neuroscience coach on our team shared this simple but profound insight with our members on how to keep our mindset in a powerful, vibrant place.
