Not at all. Because we'll help you improve your relationship with food and also fuel your body correctly, you'll feel minimal hunger, and will have tremendous flexibility to eat foods and meals that you and your family enjoy. 

Most of our customers eat a good sized lunch and dinner, plus a 3pm and 8pm snack (though there's lots of flexibility depending on schedule.)

Most of our customers do HIIT cardio for 20 minutes three times a week (any version of their choosing), and resistance training for 20-30 minutes the other three times a week, along with a rest day. This is a simple, balanced approach for health. We can tailor this to any unique goal though. 

We've coached hundreds of busy professional dads. We don't need more of your time as much as we need a little bit of intentionality from you each day. You already possess this skill set... we're just going to help you apply this to your nutrition, which is 80% of the battle. 

We ask that you log your food daily in MyFitnessPal (free app), be humble and coachable, and take 5 minutes weekly to check in with your coach via a video walkie app we use. We'll take care of the rest. 

No. The initial onboarding call will help map out and tailor our system to your unique needs, and you'll have access to many our of meal & workout plans. But rather than you becoming dependent on us sending you weekly meal plans, we'll help you learn basic nutrition habits so you can fix this problem for the rest of your life. 

You'll receive an initial 1:1 Zoom call to get all your questions answered and to tailor the program to your unique needs. After that, you have anytime 1:1 access to your coach via the video walkie-talkie app, along with a private Zoom call every month (if needed.) All coaches are trained to respond within 24 hours, but typically do so much faster. You watch those responses when it's convenient for you so it doesn't interrupt your busy work day. They'll provide you weekly nutrition and progress feedback via Marco Polo as well.

Nope, although many of our customers have their own favorite protein shakes and/or bars to supplement things along the way.
